The Chinese tech giant is rapidly releasing the HyperOS update to its previous devices. The Mi 11X and Mi 11X Pro have received the update with build numbers OS1.0.1.0.TKHINXM and OS1.0.1.0.UKKINXM respectively. However, there is a difference for each update.
The vanilla Mi 11X has received the HyperOS update based on Android 13. This is not the latest version of Android. Moreover, the phone also receives the March 2024 security patch which is not the latest one. The size of the update for Mi 11x is 1.6GB.

On the other hand, the Mi 11x Pro has received the HyperOS update based on the latest Android 14 OS. The phone also gets the latest April 2024 security patch. The size of the update is also bigger at 4.8GB.

The Mi 11X series was launched in 2021 and was targeted at the Indian market. The series that includes Mi 11x and Mi 11x Pro are rebranded versions of the Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro.
