The new software update PHY110_14.0.1.628(CN01) brings a lot of improvements, as shared by Ice Universe. It brings the May 2024 security patch for improved and latest security. Whereas, the new update also improves system responsiveness and fluidity. The main highlight of the update is the new 25MP photo mode. For those unaware, the phone can capture photos in two modes: 50MP mode and 12.5MP mode. The 50MP mode takes the full resolution of the sensor, and hence the details in images are a lot more. However, these photos take up a lot of storage. Hence, the company has given a 12.5MP which crops the resolution in exchange for faster and small-sized photos.
With the latest update, there is now a 25MP photo mode. It serves as a middle-ground between the two previously available options. It can preserve a lot of details but will take less storage than the full 50MP resolution photo. The update is now rolling out, and users of Find X7 Ultra can enjoy this new camera mode plus the other system improvements.
