Redmi A3x launched globally: Big Screen, Big Battery, Small Price

Redmi A3x

Xiaomi recently announced the Redmi A3x, a new addition to its budget-friendly Redmi A series. While details regarding global availability and pricing remain undisclosed, the listing on Xiaomi’s website suggests a potential worldwide launch in the near future.

The Redmi A3x positions itself as a more affordable option compared to its sibling, the Redmi A3. This is reflected in the choice of processor. The A3x utilizes the Unisoc Tiger T603 chipset, featuring two ARM Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 1.8 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores running at 1.6 GHz. This is a step down from the more powerful Helio G36 found in the Redmi A3.

However, Xiaomi hasn’t compromised on the display. Both the A3x and A3 boast a generous 6.71-inch display with a resolution of 1650 x 720 pixels and an impressive 90 Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals. Additionally, the display offers a peak brightness of 500 nits, ensuring decent visibility outdoors.
