Attention Pixel fans! Google just announced their annual Pixel event will be much earlier than usual this year. Normally held in October, this year’s event will be on August 13th!
This year’s Pixel event (Made by Google 2024) is happening at Google’s main office in California (Mountain View) instead of the usual spot in New York City. This is actually a bit of a throwback, since the very first Pixel events were held in San Francisco before they moved to the East Coast.
The event itself (the keynote speech) will start at 10:00 am Pacific Time. This year, Google sent out invitations to the event 1.5 months beforehand. That’s a bit longer heads-up than last year, where they only invited people a month in advance.
What Does Google Event Invitation for this Year Entails
The invitation for this year’s Pixel event seems to hint that Google will be focusing on three things: artificial intelligence (AI), the Android operating system, and of course, new Pixel devices.
