Realme Narzo N61 Will Launch on July 29 with IP54 Rating

Last month, Realme introduced the Realme Narzo N63 as a new member of its low-end smartphone series. Now, the company is planning to end July with another release under the Narzo series. The new smartphone will be dubbed Realme Narzo N61 and will launch on July 29.

Realme Narzo N61 comes with an IP54 rating and a Dual-camera setup.

While the full details about the smartphone are not revealed, Realme is giving us some teasers about the phone’s features. For instance, the Realme Narzo N61 is tipped with Realme’s ArmorShell Protection (which promises to deliver “no fear of falling”) and an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Realme Narzo India profile on X teases the phone as “built for the unexpected”. Perhaps, this tagline is here to tease the phone’s endurance. Also, Realme states that this handset is “about to revolutionize the game”. Unfortunately, the exact things that make this device a revolution are yet unclear.

Gizchina News of the week

Realme Narzo N61

Just like other devices in the Narzo series, the Realme Narzo N61 is most likely a low-end smartphone. The name implies it will be a slot below the Realme Narzo N63 in Realme’s portfolio. Therefore, we can expect some similarities and some downgrades over the N63.

The Realme Narzo N63 was the company’s latest Narzo release in India. The handset sports a 6.74-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate and a Unisoc T612 chipset. It also boasts 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128 GB of Internal Storage.

The smartphone also has a 50 MP AI-backed rear camera and an 8 MP selfie shooter. It also offers an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance and is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.

The Realme Narzo N61 could share some specifications with some obvious downgrades. Perhaps, a slower charging tech? We will have to wait for Realme to disclose more details. Thankfully, we don’t have to wait much longer, as the release is drawing near.
