Redmi Turbo 4: First Details Leak; Coming Only in 2025

Redmi Turbo 3

The Redmi Turbo 3 was unveiled a few months ago, and it seems Xiaomi is moving on to the next generation. The Redmi Turbo is already in the works, and it will also serve as the base model for the POCO F7. We have at least 8-9 months of waiting before the release, but the Redmi Turbo 4 was spotted in the IMEI database already.

According to the IMEI database, the Redmi Turbo 4 will feature the model number “2412DRToAC”. The last letter of the model number, the “C”, clearly represents the Chinese market. Xiaomi smartphones for India, usually have the “I”, while Global models have the “G” at their end. The Redmi Turbo 4, will eventually reach global markets, but it will likely launch as the POCO F7. POCO’s next flagship lineup is expected to be sometime in May 2025.

Redmi Turbo 4 / POCO F7 Coming in 2025

The POCO F7 has two distinct model numbers: “241DPCoAG” and “2412DPCoAI.” These alphanumeric designations reveal subtle modifications from the original device. Their suffixes—”I” and “G”—indicate the Indian and Global variants, respectively. Presently, detailed information concerning these devices remains elusive, as they are still several months from their anticipated release. Given that their launch is projected for next year, they will likely be equipped with next-generation 2025 processors. It potentially includes the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 or the successor to the Snapdragon 8S Gen 3, which currently powers devices like the Redmi Turbo 3 and POCO F6.
