WhatsApp has introduced exciting new features for its Android app, aimed at improving how users interact with stickers and GIFs. One major update is the addition of a native sticker creation tool, now available to all Android users. This new feature allows users to design and manage their own stickers directly within WhatsApp, eliminating the need for third-party apps or websites.

Another significant enhancement is the partnership with Giphy, a popular platform known for its extensive collection of GIFs and animated stickers. This integration means that users can now access a much larger selection of GIFs and stickers within WhatsApp. To find and send GIFs, users simply need to go to the stickers and GIFs tab in the chat window and search using keywords or emojis.

Also, the addition of Giphy’s library simplifies the process of finding the perfect GIF or sticker to enhance conversations. Users can browse and select from a wide variety of options, adding more fun and creativity to their messages.

Moreover, WhatsApp is introducing Meta AI, an artificial intelligence feature that lets users create custom stickers directly from the app. This feature is currently available to users in the United States on both Android and iOS devices, supporting English and Spanish. Although it is set to expand to other regions, there is no confirmed timeline for its availability outside the U.S.

So, these updates will be rolled out gradually through an upcoming app update. The goal is to offer users more options for personalizing and expressing themselves in their chats. As these features become available, WhatsApp users can enjoy a richer and more creative messaging experience.
