During the Huawei Developer Conference, Huawei‘s Executive Director Yu Chengdong announced that the Huawei Mate 70 series will be released in Q4 2024. However, there was no information shared on the specifications or features. Now that we getting closer to the launch, the leaks have started to surface online. The latest leak from TechBoilers unveils the Huawei Mate 70 series, providing detailed pricing for each model in the lineup. However, since it is a leak it should be approached with caution.

Huawei Mate 60 series featured a circular housing for its camera. It seems like the Mate 70 series will also follow in the same footsteps. Though, this time the module seems a bit more refined. It has a premium look which also makes it feel bolder than the previous generation. We can also see a device with an octagonal design camera module. This one should be the Huawei Mate 70 RS Ultimate, providing an attractive look.

Huawei Mate 70 Series Leaked Pricing

The leak does not share any specifications. However, it states the pricing for each model. To start with, the standard Mate 70 is equipped with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, priced at 5999 RMB (approximately USD 838). The Mate 70 Pro retains the 12GB of RAM but boosts the storage to 256GB, with a price tag of 6999 RMB (around USD 977).

For those seeking more power, the Mate 70 Pro+ offers an upgrade to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, available at 8999 RMB (approximately USD 1256). At the top of the line is the Mate 70 RS Ultimate, which features the same generous 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage but with additional premium features, priced at 10999 RMB (about USD 1536, targeting the high-end segment of the market.

The Huawei Mate 70 series is expected to bring a lot of enhancements over its predecessors. Previous reports have suggested an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Moreover, we also expect the devices to have a bigger battery.
