According to new reports, Samsung will soon introduce the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 and S10+ in the market of premium tablets. This year, we will see a remarkable move from Samsung. The company will favor the Dimensity 9300+ over the long-favored Snapdragon chipset. The two models have been spotted at the 3C certification. Thanks to the listing we know what to expect in terms of charging technology.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ Specifications
The 3C Certification confirms that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ (SM-X820) and the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra (SM-X926C) will offer 45W fast charging straight out of the box. This means we won’t see changes over the last year’s models. The Galaxy Tab S9 models also came with 45W fast charging. Until now, this has been the maximum offered for all mobile Galaxy devices.
Gizchina News of the week
According to the certification, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ and Ultra will be sold without chargers. This shouldn’t be a surprise at this point as the bundled chargers are slowly leaving the scene. Therefore, you will need your own USB-PD charger, and the tablets will need 10V and 4.5A. Unfortunately, 3C brings no details about the battery capacity. The Tab S9+ has a 10,090 mAh battery whereas the S9 Ultra has a 11,200 mAh unit. We don’t expect major upgrades in the capacity. That said, the new S10 series should, at the very least, keep the capacity of their predecessors.
Samsung did not give any details regarding to a possible launch date for the new tablets. However, they’re expected in late October. Therefore, we still have a full month of waiting until their reveal. The leaks will certainly continue to appear. The tablets are expected to be substantial upgrades over their predecessors with improvements in the hardware. Recently leaked renders revealed the design of the upcoming Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and it looks a lot like the Tab S9 Ultra.
We expect more details to appear soon.
