The Oppo Find X8 is expected to sport flat sides. It marks a significant departure from the curved design of the Find X7. This shift in design is further highlighted by a new feature seen in the render—a button located at the bottom right of the device. This button, referred to as the ‘Quick Button,’ is said to be a capacitive touch button similar to the Capture button rumored for the upcoming iPhone 16. Unlike the power and volume buttons, the Quick Button is flush with the device’s surface, without any protrusion.

Oppo Find X8 Brings a New Design Language for the Camera
The camera island on the Find X8 retains a similar level of protrusion as seen on its predecessor. However, the overall design has been slightly tweaked. The base model has been spotted in the wild, showcasing a flat back panel and a rounded square camera module. The camera setup on the Find X8 includes a 50 MP main sensor from Sony, a 50 MP ultrawide lens, and a 3x periscope telephoto lens. For those eyeing the Pro model, it is rumored to feature an additional 10x periscope telephoto lens, bringing the total to a quad-camera array.
A real-life image of both the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro reveals a redesigned camera island. The “H” logo has been repositioned to the center, creating a more balanced and symmetrical look. This adjustment aligns with the base model’s design, where two lenses are positioned symmetrically on either side.
The Pro model continues to feature a circular camera. However, one or both devices shown may be prototype versions, whereas Oppo may have been testing various designs. Ultimately, both the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro are likely to share the same camera island design.
Earlier rumors suggested that the base model would transition to a flat display, while the Pro model would retain the curved screen seen in its predecessor. The latest render supports this speculation, further indicating the design direction for both models.
