Apple Raises The Price for iPhone 16 Pro Battery Replacement

The iPhone 16 Pro is a brand new smartphone and the batteries inside the new units should take some time to malfunction. Anyway, it’s natural for this component to lose its efficiency over time. Apple usually offers consumers a convenient way to replace their batteries. However, from now on, any consumer with the 16 Pro will pay more for this service. Thanks to a new price adjustment, replacing the iPhone 16 Pro’s battery will be more expensive than any other iPhone.

Apple Raises the Price to Replace the Battery of iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max.

Apple is charging 20% more to replace the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max battery compared to the iPhone 16. It’s an interesting twist, the iPhone 15 family, for instance, has the same price for this service. Now, there will be a price gap between the iPhone 16 Pro and the Non-Pro variants as well as other iPhones that came before them.

Replacing the battery for the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max will cost $119. When it comes to the vanilla variant, it’s priced at $99. The same $99 fee applies to all iPhone 15 and iPhone 14 models. However, the iPhone 13 lineup has a lower replacement cost of $89. These prices are valid at Apple Stores, but fees at third-party Apple Authorized Service Providers may differ. The iPhone 16 series will officially launch this Friday, September 20.
