Honor has introduced the Honor Pad X8a Nadal Kids Edition in India, a tablet designed specifically for children. This child-friendly version of the Honor Pad X8a comes with a sturdy, kid-safe design, built to withstand rough handling. It includes parental controls that allow guardians to manage screen time and content access, ensuring a safe digital environment. The Honor Pad X8a Nadal Kids Edition carries over many features from its regular version, such as an 11-inch 90Hz display with a 1920 x 1200 resolution and 16.7 million color gamut, ensuring vibrant visuals and sharp clarity. With a 400-nit peak brightness and 207 ppi pixel density, the display delivers immersive visuals, and its TUV Rheinland certification for low blue light and flicker-free usage makes it ideal for children’s prolonged use.

Snapdragon 680 Ensures Mid-Range Performance

Powered by the Snapdragon 680 4G processor, the tablet comes in 64GB and 128GB storage variants. It also includes 5MP front and rear cameras, suitable for basic photography and video calls. Audio is enhanced by four speakers with Honor Histen sound support, providing a well-rounded media experience.

For those unaware, the Snapdragon 680 is a mid-range mobile processor from Qualcomm, built on a 6nm process for improved efficiency. The chipset is aging at this point, but should still deliver for moderate tasks.

MagicOS 8.0

Running on Magic OS 8.0 (based on Android 14), the tablet supports smooth multitasking with RAM Turbo X and multi-window functionality to increase productivity. It is backed by an 8300mAh battery, offering up to 14 hours of cartoon playback or 56 days of standby, ensuring long-lasting usage for learning and entertainment.
