A recent post on X by Ice Universe featured an image showcasing screen protectors for the Galaxy S25 series. This image allowed for a direct comparison of the display sizes. It also highlighted the updated rounded display design on the top-end Ultra model.

The size difference between the three models appears similar to the Galaxy S24 series. But it’s worth mentioning that previous leaks suggest that the Ultra variant will be smaller. Samsung is likely to achieve this by reducing the bezels around the display. But this isn’t noticeable in the image. The screen protector for the Galaxy S25 Ultra does showcase the updated rounded edges seen in previous leaks. This could enhance its grip and feel.

There are rumors suggesting that the Galaxy S25 series devices will be slimmer than their predecessors. The base model will potentially measure 7.2mm, and the Ultra model will measure 8.2mm.
