Exynos 2500 Production Issues
Originally, Samsung intended to use the Exynos 2500 chip in some models of the Galaxy S25 series. The Exynos 2500 was expected to be a big upgrade, using Samsungâs advanced second-generation 3nm process and newer Arm CPU cores. However, recent reports suggest that Samsung faced difficulties in producing enough high-quality Exynos 2500 chips.
