OnePlus 13 To Bring a 6,000mAh battery with 100W Charging


OnePlus will make its next move in the flagship market with the OnePlus 13. The new flagship will arrive on October 31 in China. Leading up to the launch, the brand has been sharing key details about the smartphone. Recent posts on Weibo have confirmed important information, including the battery size, charging capabilities, and various other features of the OnePlus 13.

OnePlus 13 Will Bring a Huge Battery with 100W Wired and 50W Wireless Charging

The latest updates confirm that the OnePlus 13 will feature a substantial 6,000mAh battery, making it the largest battery ever in a OnePlus phone. Additionally, it will support both 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. Thanks to the 100W SuperVOOC charging technology, the device can go from 0 to 100% in just 36 minutes.

Moreover, the OnePlus 13 will be compatible with the 100W UFCS (Universal Fast Charging Standard) protocol, enabling fast charging with third-party adapters. With the integration of the SUPERVOOC S chip, the phone boasts an impressive 99.5% discharge efficiency, ensuring optimal battery performance for longer and more efficient usage.

Additional information from OnePlus reveals that the OnePlus 13 will maintain the iconic alert slider on its left side. The phone will also include features like an IR blaster. Other features include a multi-functional NFC and a USB 3.2 Gen USB-C port for quicker data transfers.

In terms of audio and connectivity, the OnePlus 13 will feature dual stereo speakers. There are also four microphones for AI noise reduction. It will run on ColorOS 15, based on Android 15. The rear camera setup will boast a 50-megapixel LYT-808 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. Lastly, the device will come with a large 6.82-inch 2K 120Hz OLED display and will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

There are still a few days before the launch of the OnePlus 13. We wouldn’t be surprised to see more details popping out.
