The top rankings reveal a close competition between two main chipsets: Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite and MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400. Among the top 10 devices, four use the Snapdragon 8 Elite, while five run on the Dimensity 9400. This split shows just how close the race is between these two processing giants. In the Snapdragon lineup, the Vivo X200 Pro follows closely behind the OnePlus 13 and iQOO 13, placing third overall. Despite MediaTek’s strong performance with the Dimensity 9400, the Snapdragon 8 Elite holds a slight edge in speed and overall performance.

For now, the OnePlus 13 holds the top spot as the most powerful smartphone for October. It pairs advanced hardware with one of the fastest processors on the market, which helps it stand out. This combination makes it the best-performing smartphone in AnTuTu’s rankings—at least for now.
