Nothing Phone (3a)

A leaked image of the Nothing Phone (3a) has surfaced, giving a first look at the upcoming device. The phone appears in a heavy-duty protective case, concealing most of its design. However, one major detail is clear—this will be the first Nothing smartphone to feature a triple-camera setup on the back.

Nothing confirms the launch event for March 4

Nothing recently announced a launch event set for March 4. According to new leaks, two models will be unveiled: the Nothing Phone (3a) and the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro. The company seems to have dropped the “Plus” branding, which was used in the previous generation.

This mobile phone is rumoured to feature a 6.8-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. This should ensure smooth visuals, whether for gaming or scrolling. Under the hood, the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, a mid-range processor from Qualcomm.

Furthermore, Nothing is making a notable change to its camera setup. The Phone (3a) will include a 50 MP main sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide camera, and—for the first time in a Nothing device—a 50 MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. This should allow for improved zoom capabilities. On the front, the phone will feature a 32 MP selfie camera.

The device is expected to house a 5,000 mAh battery, supporting 45W fast wired charging. It will also include the signature Glyph lighting system on the back, a feature unique to Nothing phones. The Phone (3a) will launch with Nothing OS 3.1, based on Android 15. NFC support will also be included for wireless payments and other functionalities.

The Nothing Phone (3a) will be offered in two distinct configurations: one featuring 8GB of RAM paired with 128GB of internal storage, and another equipped with 12GB of RAM alongside 256GB of storage capacity. Conversely, the Phone (3a) Pro will be available exclusively in a single configuration, boasting 12GB of RAM combined with 256GB of storage. Regarding colour selections, the Phone (3a) will be presented in both black and white options, while the Phone (3a) Pro will be offered in black and gray variants.
