OPPO extends Find X7 series value preservation benefits to May 5

Oppo Find X7

Oppo recently announced an extension of its Find X7 series mobile phone value preservation program. The company extended the validity of the program to May 5, 2025. This will allow users to upgrade to the Find X8 series with certain trade-in benefits until that date. This update comes just ahead of the company’s new product event on April 10. Oppo will unveil its new lineup at the event, including the Find X8 Ultra, Find X8s, and Find X8s+ smartphones. All three models are confirmed to support the extended value preservation benefits.

Program eligibility and terms

Oppo users can take advantage of this program to upgrade their device to a newer one in the same series. They can get as much as 50% off the original price. However, the upgrade must meet Oppo-defined criteria. Users can only access this trade-in benefit via official OPPO channels. Specifically, it is limited to OPPO Mall (online) and OPPO-authorized offline stores. Other sales platforms are not eligible.

To apply, customers who buy their new phone through OPPO Mall should navigate to “My” > “Official Service” > “View More” > “Valuable Rejuvenation Service” in the OPPO Mall app. The process allows existing Find X7 users to upgrade to a newer model from the Find X8 lineup with partial cost recovery.
