While ZUK and Xiaomi announce amazing sales, it is Meizu that are sitting pretty at the top of overall sales so far.
Meizu are currently sitting at the number 1 sport for units sold during the Singles Day sales. The current top 5 standings are Oppo in 5th spot, Qiku in 4th, Xiaomi 3rd, Huawei 2nd and Meizu at number 1.
Of the brands in the sales, Meizu do have a lot of discounts available. The M2 range now starts at 599 Yuan, while other phones have also had a significant price cut. Both the Meizu MX4 and MX4 Pro are priced at 1299 Yuan, there is a 100 Yuan saving on the Meizu MX5 and the 1099 Yuan Meizu Metal is making up a large part of online sales for the phone maker.
We are surprised to see Meizu in the top spot, but we are more surprised that LeTV are not featured in the top 5. Which Chinese phone makers do you expect to perform the best during Singles Day?
Wow, QiKU sits at the top 5 in both charts. Too bad there hasn’t been any news of the phones since they were introduced in August. Terra Flagship and Exclusive with 6″ display look gorgeous.
On sale but resellers haven’t really picked up on them which is a real shame. Try http://www.liaow.com/coolpad.html
I’ve been waiting for the Terra Q too, but it’s still not available as shop liaow only have it on pre-order if you check. By the time it comes out, the SD810 will be last years news and the phone will be way overpriced.
there is only ulatimate version with SD808 released..see it here:

MX4 Pro?
Looks like they are getting rid of old stock since it has been discontinued a while ago.
Not surprised to see it’s sold at the same price of the regular version.
BTW, while LeTV doesn’t appear on this ranking, i would keep an eye on their int’l website because they are going to announce something tomorrow for US/int’l customers and hopefully will see phones and not just accessories or VR goggles.
on the official facebook page, they posted a picture that had a Letv …TV on it and said that “big things are on their way”, so I guess TVs are a pretty safe bet 😡
yeah i saw that and i agree with you about the TV (which looks gorgeous).
I don’t think they are going to sell any phones due to the lack of LTE bands. 🙁
for $70,000, their TV is a steal.
Was at a Meizu store this morning and they still had a MX4 Pro demo on the counter right beside the MX5 right beside the PRO 5.
What if Xiaomi and Meizu merged… Crazy right?
Xiazu…hmm sounds like a fancy massage.
Think I had one of those in Malaysia….
don’t tell your gf 🙂
Else he he will get in trouble
big trouble!
Or Meimi
ZiuMi
Where can you buy a Qiku smartphone? (if mortals can)
Have you heard of a country called China? You can get it there. 😉
Nope never heard of it ?
Lol

Good seller, more personal service than typical reseller.
if you want any phone you may not found, ask me..I have my own website(my profile name)and have my supplier there to get things…
The Redmi Note 2 at 699CNY (110$) is quite some deal.
but only for Chinese customers that buy from Tmall.
Resellers won’t give the discount. they didn’t in the past and they won’t this year either.
saw it at 142 dollar for international sales the other day… they don’t have much choice given that the Le 1 is for sale at 170…
Late to this thread. I’ve been using a Singapore-based Taobao agent that only charges about 8% markup (and the more you buy, the lower the markup). The agent has distribution points in China, Singapore, Thailand, the US, maybe other countries. They would purchase through Tmall, product would ship to them and then they forward it on. Site is 65Daigou.com FWIW.
we talk about phones here, not Chinese clothing.
sorry guys at Gizchina… if international buyers can’t benefit from sale (as i tried, and failed) then there is no point of making such a big fuss about it… 3 post about the same, geeezz!!!
well, it is a big deal there (not here like you said) and it’s interesting to see how our beloved brands are doing.
Even if these numbers might mean nothing since we are talking of n resellers filling their stock rather than regular customers.
but anyway, one more day and this BS will be over.
yeyyy!!! waiting for tomorrow
I think it’s valid news, get over it.
Even CNN is reporting about the big singles day sale, maybe you should call them up and tell them to stop since international buyers can’t benefit?
You guys are really making too big of a fuss over this.
The site is called Gizchina, it’s their job to report on all the news about Chinese phones. Not to mention there are several in China that do frequent this site.
No word from Oneplus yet?
Just like Black Friday sales in a lot of western countries, they mean nothing for those living in Asia. But, we (Asian) don’t call Black Friday sale BS. We know this is part of your local happening. So, enjoy the news LOL
the BS i was mentioning before was related to online deals for int’l customers through the int’l site Aliexpress.
while the deals though websites like JD or TMall are real deals for Chinese speaking (and residents) only, the deals for us (gizchina readers) are fake deals because the prices have been inflated before applying that fake discount.
So while this event is a big deal in China, it won’t effect us because we won’t get any discount, and i wanted to warn whoever reads the comments to be careful at the “deals” they see during these days.
Just search the posts of the previous years and look how many people were asking how to get the phones at that discount price.
Definitely true, IBUYGOU inflated the price of the advanced Mi4c version to 260€ yeah yeah EURO and they are making an offer today where people can get $15 discount. Those resellers think people are too stupid lol. I am waiting for reviews of the Letv 1S then I will decide which phone I will buy. But honestly, the advanced MI4C version sold at 260€ is no go for me.
