Chinese smartphone vendors are doing everything they can to win the trust of a to-be buyer. This includes behind-the-scenes videos, drop tests, explosive tests, camera shootouts, and what not.
Today we came across a video that attempts to show how the metal frame of the Ulefone Paris is put together. The video is a rather short one (it’s just 42sec), so you might want to take a look:
Gizchina News of the week
The Ulefone Paris is the company’s mid-ranger for (the last quarter of) 2015, and boasts an impressive spec sheet along with decent build quality.
Specifications of the phone include an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor, a 5-inch 1280 x 720p display covered with 2.5D curved glass, 13 mega-pixel rear camera, 5 mega-pixel front facing camera and a 2250mAh battery.
Does this ‘metal frame processing’ video impress you? If it is indeed from the Ulefone facilities, it sure is impressive is what I think.

Thanks.
This video is informative enough though i don’t understand Russian language.
Me TOO.Russia shares the ulefone?
What’s this?
The laser is working on the joints where the parts are welded. There used to be some rough oxidized layers and i guess it’s to get them off with high temperature.
Could it be the welding itself? If they do the laser deoxidation after welding, why not weld by laser and save a step?
Nice, it thougt it was forged before.
Some metal frames are forged but they looks cheesy. Cutting by numerical machine will keep the texture of metal and make the frame look a little premium.
He looks very familiar
Seems like it was all in-house rather than outsourcing the metal fabrication.
Looks flimsy as f.
I like the laser operation, I feel great sense of technology, we hope to see more information, which is a good video, thanks ulefone, they are doing the actual work, hope ulefone in the software will be given the same support. I believe the people will support ulefone.
ulefone Paris is a good phone, beautiful design, especially its positive screen, for its price, is a good choice, the software update is also very secure, I hope ulefone paris can upgrade a Android6.0. so that it will big sellers.
can u tell me a few good points about the general specs of the phone AND especially the camera ?
