Ok the title is a little misleading the Zopo Color S5.5 also comes in other colours, but ‘Cobra Blue’ was the only worthwhile feature I could find to mention.
Zopo once again prove they are struggling to keep up with the pack by releasing the Zopo Color S5.5 phone, with (you’ve guessed it) a 5.5-inch display and a choice of bright colours to choose from.

This 5.5-inch phone comes with a HD display, quad-core MT6735 processor and best of all 1GB RAM! and 8GB internal memory! (please read with sarcasm). If 8GB memory isn’t enough (it isn’t) then you have the option to run a 64GB micro SD card and there are places for dual SIM cards too.

Camera equipment includes an 8 mega-pixel rear camera and 2 mega-pixel front camera.
Perhaps the only worthwhile feature (apart from coming in ‘Cobra Blue’) is the 3000mAh battery and the promise the phones Android 5.1 OS will eventually be updated to Android 6.0 M in the future.
If ‘Cobra Blue’ isn’t for you then you can also choose from Fuchsia Pin, Green, White and Grey. No word on pricing, but it had better be a sub $100 phone with those specs.
How much longer do we have to wait for Zopo to disappear? If they keep releasing crap like this then hopefully not much longer. What were you thinking Zopo? Oh wait you weren’t!
They are really big, and have many resources, if they want they could launch a decent phone, but they are just being crap lol

Another s*** phone from a s*** company, i have a ZOPO C2 and that c*** is in my shelves getting dust. I won’t even bother using it as a backup phone. There were only 3 firmware updates to the phone, and it still has a bad camera, bad call and data reception. The only good things about the phone is the Yamaha audio and the screen (looks great but has ghost touches). I recommend avoiding ZOPO at all costs, all their promises about updates are bulls***. Sorry for being so offensive!
I had the C2 and the phone worked good (not perfect though). But then it suddenly died. My fried bought recently Zopo Speed 7 and he is quite satisfied with it.
I see much worse companies with poor products, SW and support – Elephone, Doogee or even Lenovo. At least Zopo released the sources for Speed and 3X phones.
Well mine was C2 Platinum 1GB/16GB model. It was bad. But yes Elephone, Doogee make an “effort” to be worse than ZOPO. I wouldn’t recommend buying phones from any of these manufacturers. After the ZOPO C2 and many complains about the ZP998 (MTK6592) i’m yet to be impressed by ZOPO brand.
My brother had a ZP980+ model and it had the same problems as the ZP C2. They did develop a 4.4.2 Kitkat ROM but he couldn’t test it as he was mugged and the theft stole his phone…
My friend had the C2 platinum and it had the same problem with ghost touches. Mine old C2 was quite OK.
Those companies don’t even come close to Lenovo in terms of support.

This is some kind of joke from Zoppo right? 1GB RAM in 2015/16. “walks away shaking his head”…..
