Doogee are set to wow MWC show goers this year with the launch of new phones including the Doogee Flag F7 with new 10-core processor for $169.99. More details below.
Doogee sent us an MWC event invitation this morning outlining partial details of 3 phones that will make an appearance at the expo in February.
The three new Doogee models will represent devices for the uber affordable sub $50 market, a new addition to Doogee’s Titan range and an all new flagship named the Doogee Flag F7.
The budget 5-inch is unnamed at this time but we already know that the phone will have a fingerprint scanner, huge 5000mAh battery and Mediatek MT6780 chipset.

The Titan T7 will feature an interesting integrated clear cover that flips open from the top of the phone like old ‘clamshell’ devices. The phone will be a compact 4.2-inch model and looks like it will have a metal chassis.
It’s the Doogee Flag F7 that really caught our eye though. Doogee aren’t known for straying in to the flagship phone arena and this is the first time we have seen the brand make a phone with top of the range features. According to our invitation Doogee want to be the first to launch their phone making it the first 10 core smartphone on the market (running a Helio X20 we assume). The Flag F7 will get a 2K display and Sony IMX230 rear 21 mega-pixel camera with a purported price tag of only $169.99.
Doogee plan’s to release the three new devices at MWC on the 23rd Feb, so watch our for more details.
I want to comment, but I can’t think what to say….
No one will believe they can sell that F7 for $170,even if they make it, but I hope they do!
Still lovin my F3 pro so I would be happy to risk that kind of money for a completely unnecessary 2k screen!

F7 for $170? lol Only if they put 512mb Ram and 4GB Rom and make it out of cardboard, this is just headline grabbing to gain attention but ain’t gonna happen.
I gotta say I’m really loving the specs. But can they really achieve all that at $170 price point? Let’s watch and see if they can pull off this Mission Impossible stunt.

There is no need in 2K, but 10 cores with 21MP for 170$ is OK.
Even 21MP is nothing but marketing. Without knowing which sensor it is, who makes their optics and how good the software is you have no clue how good the camera is.
doogee good, i have dg700 with 9 month , battery 2/3 days, good update ota and very easy change rom pc mode. very good features
Also having a very good experience with the 50$ doogee X5 which is very solidly built with no cut corners appearing so far. Of course the camera is lacking but the phone runs fluidly under 5.1 without a hitch with advanced software features (screen off gestures, auto power on/off…) and the 720p screen is good. Awesome bang for your buck in my opinion 🙂
I purchased and sold the dooge dg580, very good cell phone. Both persons who bought it from me have it working and in good condition. The only thing is that the cell phone fell and broke on both persons. But it did not broke into pieces, instead there is a hairline crack. But the phone runs smooth and battery is good.
Just like they were going to launch the first Helios X20 phone by the end of December? The fact this brand still gets this much attention after so many failed promises is kind of sad.

Phones look interesting, but those are just ideas, most probably we`ll end up with a 6755(P10)device with 3GB of RAM and a FHD screen and IMX179 at 169.99 in March, which by then will be the standard mid-range phone.
P10 looks exciting so far .. so nothing wrong there … but i would really like a better sensor. anything which beats the IMX 214 in overall performance BUT keeps pricing in line ?
In smartphone camera, the sensor alone does not give good results, allot is software and most noticeably after image processing.
So, you have to judge the cameras by actual photos and footage from reviews, no better way

Doogee? they still exhist? seeing the swan songs of thl and jiayu and seeing news about them still releasing phones shows how unfair is the world.
That Helio X20 won’t happen, they’ll still go mt6753 when all other competitors will switch to it, just like when they released mt6582 phones when all had switched to mt6592 and mt6595.
