Chinese phone makers Blackview have some pretty hot models coming to the market pretty soon with rugged BV6000 or the promising Blackview R7, but still not forsaking the marketing even for the ultra-budget Blackview A5. And considering the price tag the phone is really a steal.
What can you expect from a phone costing 30-45 dollars? Logic would say not much, but the Blackview A5 while not being anything stellar just delivers great value. These days small displays are pretty rare and the 4.5-inch with 854×480 pixel resolution could be well fitting for smaller hands. Quad-core MT6580 processor with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of expandable storage are going to offer also pretty decent performance for the non-demanding crowd. Main camera is just 5 MPix shooter and the front cam is 2 MPix one, phone has a 2000 mAh battery capacity, dual SIM without 4G support and Android 6.0 out of the box.

Specs are not going to dazzle you, but the price might, because the Blackview A5 is currently available for mere 29.99$ in a special sale event. It’s not going to stay that way for long and will gradually rise to the retail 44.99$ so be fast in case of an interest. Whole sale will be running until May 9th.
