Owners of the Ulefone Power have been waiting few months already for the promised Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for their phones. Ulefone kept a line of constant promises, delays and apologies, but seems like the wait is finally over over.
The final build of the Marshmallow update is ready and has been released on May 14th to the public. But it’s not coming as an OTA update so it’s needed to manually download from the company website and install it.
Gizchina News of the week
Ulefone is asking all the users to install the update and participate in the feedback so they can iron out any possible glitches and hiccups quickly. Next wave of updates will be normally via OTA and Ulefone is also promising new updates for Paris and Vienna models already scheduled for next month.
In the following video you can see the Ulefone Power running the Android 6.0 Marshmallow build.
I wish Gizchina reviewed the Ulefone Power! 🙂

I want to say the “F” word to Ulefone as they have postpone the release so many times. But compared with their competitors, they are good enough.
Well, Ulefone is going another step forward.
I‘ll stay on Android 5.1 until they fix all bugs. Anyway, Keep up Ulefone!
Too bad OTA is still not here and i have to spend 10 minutes doing the flash. Wait, OTA will not take 10 minutes?
For average users, flashing is a heavy burden. But compared with the Ulefone who said there would be MIUI and CM for Be Touch 2 but never fulfill, the Ulefone now is a remarkably better company.
Agree they have lifted their game. Shame they never really further developed the BT2. Good phone but could have been better with a solid and up to date ROM.
