OnePlus updates OxygenOS to version 3.2.2

While many people complained that the OnePlus 3 was pretty bug ridden at launch, OnePlus seems to be doing a fairly decent job at fixing these problems as they’ve just pushed an update for OxygenOS in hopes of giving their users a better experience.

This update comes just in time for the release of the Soft Gold OnePlus 3, and solves some of the large problems people have had with the device like notifications not working in Doze mode.

The list of changes are as follows:-

Gizchina News of the week

  • Improved notification management in doze.
  • Addressed alert slider/silent mode issue.
  • Disabled fingerprint sensor while in pocket.
  • Added NFC toggle in quick settings.
  • Improved noise cancellation in video recording.
  • Updated 4K video recording codec.
  • Added latest security patches and various optimizations.

It’s nice to see OnePlus addressing these issues, though it’s also surprising these problems were even problems to start with. If you’re a OnePlus 3 user, you’ll probably be receiving the update over the next few days, so you’ll want to stay put.

Are you a OnePlus 3 user? How has the phone held up so far? We’d love to hear about it in the comments below.

Stop playing Pokemon Go then! ;-)) //joke

No issues here — with all the apps I have – maybe 7-8 percent during the night.
2,5 days on charge without problems.

Well, they cant do much about it. Its a google/android problem reported on various devices. (backup partial wakelock). Try to disable google backup.

OP3 owner and really satisfied with it 🙂
It’s definitively a phone with “WoW” effect-
PS: no battery issues: one charge every 24H or more. I’m not a YouTube or PokemonGo addict tho 😛

Honestly the only “problem” I had before the update, was the fingerprint scanner going off in the pocket, using a bit of battery.
    But this update solved it.
The feel is awesome. The perfomance is flawless. The OS is fast and bloatware free.
And even with almost 2 h of PokemonGo and appr. 4 h of SoT the phone gets me over the day so I still have 15 % left when I go to bed.
Dash charge is one of the most useful parts of the whole thing. The phone gets charged in less than an hour (starting from 15 %)
    Conclusion :
Definetly one of the best if not the best phone on the market right now.

The phone is perfect so far for me. The battery life is really good for me. Like day and half easily on a full charge. Dahs charging is a pretty nice feature, although It will probably make me buy another original charger in the future.
