According to a “breaking” news post by The Verge, we seem to have a first (semi-official) look on the final design of LG’s flagship model for 2017. The LG G6 looks awesome if you ask me, even if we can’t see it as a whole device.

According to the information we have so far, the G6 will pack a 5,7 inch display with a strange aspect ratio (2:1) and minimal bezels. The screen/body ratio will be close to 90%, almost identical to the one Xiaomi Mi Mix has and we should still see curved display corners on its body.
The Korean company decided toĀ forget about modular design – and let it die thankfully- so his year’s LG G6 will be made out of glass and metal, with improved build quality and an audio jack (3.5mm). It will pack a non-replaceable battery, dual camera design, and a center mounted fingerprint sensor on the back. The device will be unveiled on the 26th of February, during the intro days of Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona.

If this is real it could finally be a great phone to follow up on the G3. The last few LG’s have been hideous.
i would go back even further to the G2. i still use my G2 as a wifi device. thing is indestructable. its the last LG phone I bought, but this looks very tempting.
The G2 was excellent, the G3 was very good though. That was the last G phone I bought. The G4 was one of the most hideous devices ever made and the G5 would break if you looked at it wrong due to terrible modular design. I hope the G6 is a return for LG to making great all around phones. Another year like the G5 and they won’t be in business.
G series got weak, but V series kick ass.
V10 was a hit in Hong Kong, and V20 looks great ^^
BTW it looks like there are 3 front cams on this G6 render. Strange.
Yep G3 was great, G4 was ok, but the worst part about the G4 is the battery life is pretty cr@p! And ye, the G5 is just silly…

My LG G4 got this boot loop issue at 13 months, 1 month outside 12 warranty. LG would not replace my phone. This was a defective product from day one. At least samsung recalled all defective phone once they knew there was a problem. LG just continued to sell theirs. After 10 years of nothing but LG products in my home (cells, tv’s, etc..) I will never buy another LG product again. I would also not recommend LG to any new buyers. Do your research on the product before you buy. Buyers beware.
