Moto G5 gets FCC approval, comes with 3000 mAh battery


It looks like both the Motorola Moto G5 and G5 Plus models are getting ready for their grand premiere, scheduled to take place next month in Barcelona!

The first of the two siblings made an appearance in FCC’s database, with an approval to launch in the US when its unveiled. Among its specifications there’s a first, since the G5 model seems to be supporting NFC technology, something rare in this type of smartphones.

The device also packs a 3000 mAh battery which is slightly less that the 3100 mAh battery we can find in the G5 Plus model and it will also offer full fast charge compatibility, a 5.5-inch FullHD display, 16GB of storage and a 13MP/5MP camera combo.

Keep calm and wait for the 26th of February when the two smartphones will be officially unveiled.
