LG G6 will have a non-removable 3200 mAh battery and IP68 certification

Well here it is guys, today’s news from LG as usual. This time the company released a teaser image hinting at the durability and water resistance of the upcoming model, saying:

Resist More. Under Pressure

We can all understand that this confirms that the G6 flagship will be water resistant and dust-proof, meaning it will have IP68 certification no doubt. So it will be able to withstand submersion in 1m of water or more, and endure any type of contact with dust, humidity etc.

Some other leaks however hint on the phone’s battery as well, insisting that it will have a 3200 mAh capacity (at least) and – thanks to the IP68 certification we just told you about- it will be non-removable of course. According to the same leaks, the device will feature an LG G6 Smart Doctor app diagnosing potential problems with the hardware /software and suggesting possible solutions to users.

Perhaps LG wants to avoid problems of… explosive nature, such as the ones that Samsung had, with the Galaxy Note7? Not bad LG, not bad at all…

So stingy with battery size! They should have gone to 3200 mAh last year and 3400 or 3500 this year!

Bigger batter means longer charge.. There’s always a trade. I’ll prefer 3200.
