Cheap smartphones still often carry the stigma of the unavoidable low quality or a semi defective devices. That’s not always true and you can find some manufacturers who even on a budget can provide some proper device. Oukitel has a long history of doing that and the latest one in the line is Oukitel U7 Max, which goes into presale period just today.
It’s surely not anything so spectacular hardware-wise, but with a low price of $64.99 it can still provide some bang for the buck for the customers. Oukitel U7 Max has a 5,5-inch screen with HD resolution and 2.5D curve and quad-core MT6580A processor clocked at 1 GHz so wave goodbye to all the 4G support.
The rest of specs are screaming ultra budget too with just 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of storage expandable up to 32 GB. Cameras are both interpolated as usual with cheap Oukitels, specifically rear camera from 8 Mpix to 13 Mpix and front selfie camer from 2 Mpix to 5 Mpix.
Gizchina News of the week
The phone will be shipped with Android 6.0 Marshmallow on board, but the company is dangling a carrot in front of us with a promise of early Nougat update coming. Presales are starting today so February 21st for the aforementioned price of $64.99 and you can also join a giveaway event on the official Oukitel Facebook pages.
Like i keep repeating myself, if you can only spend this kind of money go for the leagoo m8 its the 60-70 dollar champion
Do not ever recommend Leagoo! NEVER! Shit materials, shit camera, shit everything… Jeeesh… 😀
But shit is within all of us look deep into your intestines and youll find the truth i dunno techlinehd gave it a decent review
I have the impression that chinese devices are increasing their price from time to time. 2015 year we had budget 6580 phones for 40-50$ as for these specs, now they cost 10-15$ more. As for 2017, we should have mt6737 with 2gb and 16gb for 50$, otherwise we are going in circles.
As same as this spec, Bluboo minii just need 54$.There is not reason to let me choose Oukitel.
