MGCOOL are pretty active in this period and after launching the MGCOOL Explorer and Explorer 1S, they now launch a new more budget-oriented action camera, i.e. the MGCOOL Explorer ES, which will be available at the surprisingly low price of $32.99; let’s learn more about it.
MGCOOL say they have worked quite hard to add the latest technologies available on their Explorer ES. The action camera is indeed waterproof up to 30m underwater and features WiFi connectivity up to 10 meters, other than shooting Full HD videos.
Getting into the specs, the MGCOOL Explorer ES comes with a 2-inch display, an Allwinner V3 chipset and H.264 video compression with storage expansion up to 64GB. The camera packs a 1050mAh battery delivering about 80 minutes of autonomy — which can be charged in 2 hours with the included 5V/1A power adapter — and a 170-degree lens to capture wider views.
