Elephone S8

We’ve already heard plenty about the Elephone S8, and if you haven’t heard about it already we suggest you look over some of our past coverage here. In a nutshell, the Elephone S8 is Elephone’s next flagship phone and will feature a design not dissimilar from the Xiaomi Mi Mix, or in fact the Doogee Mix.

The Elephone S8 will come with a bezel-less design and 6-inch FHD edge-to-edge screen. Hardware includes a Mediatek Helio X20 chipset, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal memory, 8-megapixel front camera, 21 megapixel rear and Android 7.0 as standard.

Elephone P8

The Elephone P8 has a less dramatic design, but on the whole looks a little like the current OnePlus 3 smartphone. The surprise here is the specifications which look stunning! Those specs include a Mediatek Helio P25 chipset, 6GB RAM, 64GB internal memory, 5.5-inch FHD display, and NXP smart audio. Even the camera hardware sounds promising with the Elephone P8 getting a 16-megapixel front camera and 21 megapixel rear!

Elephone PlayX

Another surprise is the Elephone PlayX, a dual camera phone with 5.5-inch narrow bezel screen and Helio X20 chipset. The Elephone PlayX is a very stylish looking smartphone and appears to have an alloy body that will come in red and perhaps other optional colours.

Specifications include 4GB RAM, 64GB internal memory, 5-megapixel front camera, 13 megapixel rear and Android 7.0.

Elephone P8 Lite

As the name suggest, this is a more cost effective version of the Elephone P8, but oddly features a dual rear camera (13-megapixel + 0.3-megapixel) while the flagship P8 doesn’t.

The Elephone P8 Lite will come with a budget Mediatek MT6750 chipset, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal memory, 5.5-inch FHD display and front 16-megapixel camera!

Elephone P8 Mini

The Elephone P8 Mini shares most its specification with the P8 lite only in a smaller 5-inch form factor. The Mini also has a rear fingerprint scanner and will come in a range of colours.

Elephone X8 Lite

The final surprise is the Elephone X8 Lite which is likely to launch later in the year. The X8 Lite comes with a more powerful Mediatek Helio X30 chipset and 5.5-inch FHD display. Being as this is named the Elephone X8 Lite, we assume that Elephone will offer a non-lite version that offers more than 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory.

Other details include front and rear 16-megapixel cameras, Android 7.0 out of the box and RGB Chameleon technology, whatever that might be.

So there we have it! All the details of the upcoming Elephone Android smartphones. Which of the 6 Elelphone’s surprised you the most, and which would you like to see come home with you?

RGB chameleon, what that means is elephone created all these colorful phones so they can camouflage out of existence meaning some may never become real products or will be delayed

Normal with Elephone. Good specs, pretty looking phones. Crappy camera, quality issues and weak batteries that can’t hold a charge and suddenly die after few months of usage.
