According to a supply chain analyst named @Cold begs, who made a recent post on Weibo, Meizu’s roadmap for 2017 looks quite interesting and has 10 devices in it.
Gizchina News of the week
One of them is the already unveiled Meizu E2 model, equipped with a Mediatek Helio P20 SoC and according to the analyst, the Chinese company will equip most of its upcoming models with the same chipset or its more powerful sibling (Helio P25). Some of the other models are the most awaited Meizu M6 Note, a new X series “mystery” phone, and obviously the Meizu Pro 7 flagship model!
The latter is expected to be unveiled later on – sometime by summer- packing a Snapdragon or an Exynos SoC. Meizu is one of those manufacturers that still uses Mediatek chipsets heavily and isn’t interested in changing its methods. This could prove however good or bad for the company, depending on the choices they make.
Waiting for the mediate haters that are gonna going to lie about god performance
