While we eagerly awaits the arrival of the mate 10 and its variants, Huawei sub-brand Honor has took to its weibo page to tease the launch of a new Honor phone – the Huawei Honor 7X days before the arrival of mate 10.
The official teaser simply shows the letters “7x” with the accompanying October 11th launch date, but what is more interesting is the message accompanying the teaser poster, the message reads in part:
“Want to see farther than ordinary people? Higher? Wider your head and the world”

While the teaser poster itself didn’t say much, the accompanying message seems to have shed more light on what to expect of the honor 7X. If our guess is anything to take serious, the device is likely to come with a wide display (probably all-screen) with 18:9 display aspect ratio. There are talks in certain parts of the internet that the device would be arriving with 5.5-inch fullHD+ (2160 x 1080) display and powered by Kirin 670 64-bit octa-core processor with 4GB of RAM, 32GB & 64GB storage options.
Other speculated specs & features of the honor 7X include full metal body with rear fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C port, speaker grill and 3.5mm headphone jack. It is expected to run Android 7.1 out of the box, powered by a 4,000mAh battery with 12+12MP dual camera setup.
