ZTE is all set to hold an event on the 12th of October, and speculations are rife that a new smartphone may be announced. The latest teaser hints towards the announcement of the Nubia Z17s.
The teaser shows a weighing scale with an ‘S’ shaped body that holds a boxing glove on one scale and 2.1kg bag on the other scale. The 2.1kg scale hints towards a “2.1 design” which Nubia earlier claimed to be a true bezel-less display which the Nubia Z17s will feature.

Earlier, an image leaked which was speculated to be the Z17s. It is rumoured that the Nubia Z17s will sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset along with a dual camera setup on the back. The spotlight on this phone will be the bezel-less display which Nubia has been touting for quite a while now.
The Nubia Z17s will have to compete against the likes of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, the Vivo X20, the Nokia 8 and other flagships in the market. There is no word on the official specs of the phone but it won’t be any less than a flagship. Scheduled for October 12, the event will mostly focus around the newest offering by Nubia.
