As for appearance, it uses a streamlined duct design. At the same time, the wind side of the inner wall uses a three-arc design. Such a design and construction allows the Xiaowa Robotic Cleaner Youth Edition work noiselessly. Even when it is set to run at the maximum pressure, it works quietly.
This is the first device of Xiaomi using a special adaptive algorithm that can flexibly respond to a variety of home environment. There are up to 10 sensors placed on the body that can determine obstacles of up to 2cm easily. Moreover, the mentioned algorithm allows the cleaner to ‘understand’ the room size and chose the best cleaning path. And though it is packed with a 2600mAh battery that should be enough for a medium-size room, the Xiaowa Robotic Cleaner Youth Edition will return to the charger automatically once the power is below 30%. At last, the Xiaowa Robotic Cleaner Youth Edition comes with a large dust box of 640ml.
Of course, it’s a part of the Xiaomi’s smart home system. Therefore, it can be controlled via the APP. The cleaner costs 999 yuan ($157).
