OnePlus 6 Leaks & Rumors:

This has been one of the coolest weeks for the tech community. With Google’s confirmation on Pixel 3, followed by official announcements on Note 9 and definitely several rumors/leaks on the OnePlus 6. OnePlus had made its way up, by building powerful smartphones by keeping it all affordable. But around this time, OnePlus might be breaking that affordable strategy with its upcoming OnePlus 6. The new leaks showcase the OnePlus 6 to hold an all screen notch design, with a combination of faster speed. The OnePlus 5T was a genius creation by OnePlus. Leading to a promise of making the OnePlus 6 a lot better device. In this article we will be covering the OnePlus 6 Leaks & Rumors.

With just weeks away, we are starting to get a better picture of what to expect on the OnePlus 6. Also it looks like the company is consistently releasing teasers and details on their brand new flagship.

Talking about the design, there was a recent post by OnePlus; displaying the OnePlus 6 below the OnePlus 5T. OnePlus 6 to adapt the “Notch Design”

Gizchina News of the week

We also saw many companies like Huawei & LG adopting the new “Notch design”. In that line-up even OnePlus has officially confirmed that it will be casting a notch with 19:9 aspect ratio, which is a bit taller than the 18:9 panel that we saw on the OnePlus 5T. But fortunately OnePlus has engineered its software in such a manner that a full width bar can be switched-on as to avoid the notch based on the users preference.

Fast is about offering less than a 1/1000 percent of a likely lag on your smartphone!

There was a recent short promotional video of the OnePlus 6, which was mainly revolving around the term “fast”. According to OnePlus CEO, “Fast is just not about shorter loading duration or top download speeds. Its about ensuring that, there is less than a 1/1000 percent of a likely lag/ freeze on your smartphone”. This is such an impressive way of building a smartphone. Because that is genuinely what users need, a gadget that can do a lot of things with extreme smoothness.

On the hardware perspective, we know that the device will feature a Snapdragon 845 Octa-Core chipset, along with three different variants. One with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM, the second being the 128GB storage and 6GB RAM and the third with 256GB storage and 8GB RAM. Also there were some leaked images portraying the OnePlus 6 scoring the highest Benchmark beating every Android Smartphone. (2,76,510 : AnTuTu benchmark)

If rumors are true, then the OnePlus 6 might have the lower end costing around 530$ and the high end version taking a huge leap of 700$. Which definitely doesn’t fall under affordable category, but yes it is still cheaper than the iPhone X or Galaxy S9. All the leaks and rumors have set the expectation bar up high, making the OnePlus 6 the most Expected Smarphone of the 2018!
