According to the firmware file, the Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 will be packed with a Snapdragon 660 chip. But many people think most likely it will sport a Snapdragon 625 because the SND660 runs at 2.2GHz for the big cluster while the leaked code shows 2.0GHz frequency. The battery capacity should 6000mAh.

Anyway, the tablet is said to come with an 18:9 screen ratio, LCD panel, and a pixel density of 320PPI. The screen size still remains unknown. But it should be around 8 inches like the Mi Pad 3 that came with a 7.9-inch screen with a 2048×1536 resolution and 326ppi pixel density.

On the front, it uses a 5MP Samsung S5K5E8 camera sensor, while a 13MP OV13855 camera supporting portrait mode is on the rear. The Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 should run on MIUI9 based on Android 8.1.

Unfortunately, the rest of features such as memory, ROM, and others are not known at this moment. But the firmware shows it won’t support NFC or 4K recording. At last, if the Mi Pad 4 launches in the nearest future, it will be the first full-screen tablet on the market.
