In view of the fact that Apple is going to release three iPhones this year, we’ve heard that the Galaxy Note 9 might launch earlier than usual. Apple has widely been speculated to be working on an affordable LCD iPhone that is set to rock sales. However, Samsung has taken its first steps towards an eventual launch of the Galaxy Note 9.

The handset has passed CMIIT (China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). According to Letsgodigital.nl, the model number Galaxy Note 9 (SM-N908) is a Chinese variant. The handset has passed electronics emission test recently but this is just initial certification.
