Xiaomi
As we reported in last week’s rendezvous, the Xiaomi Mi 6X was going to get unveiled on April 25th, and so it did. If somehow you’ve missed the launch of the phone, head over here to learn more. Huawei
Huawei‘s problems with the US government are apparently far from being over. The Chinese phone maker did indeed just got under investigation for violating Iran’s sanctions order, which might be halting Huawei’s business in the country on the grounds of national security. US aside, Huawei is doing great with their latest P20 Pro which reached a 316% increase in sales over the previous P10 Plus flagship.
ASUS
Multinational computer and phone hardware company headquartered Taiwan – ASUS – had us talking about their recently launched ZenFone MAX PRO M1 this past week. The smartphone features some quite appealing hardware going from the Snapdragon 636 to the 6GB of RAM along with an incredibly affordable price tag. Also from ASUS, we have the upcoming ZENFONE 5Z which appears to beat the latest Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S – at least on the performance side – with an AnTuTu score of 274499 points.

Meizu
After the successful launch of the Meizu 15 Series last week – which sold out in just 45 minutes at its first sale – the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is now working on a 5.7-inch 18:9 phone which is currently known as Meizu MBLU M811Q as per TENAA listing.
LeEco
Quite unexpectedly, over a year after announcing the Cool 1 Dual, born from the collaboration of LeEco and Coolpad, the two companies are back with the second iteration of their much appreciated phone – the Coolpad Cool 2. If you’ve missed its coverage, click here to learn more about it.
