While launch dates of the Redmi 6 Pro and the Mi Pad 4 are already disclosed, this hasn’t stopped Xiaomi from disseminating full-blown press release images of the handset before launch. While this may dampen the launch a bit, but much of the Redmi 6 Pro is known already. With the new official renders, we now also know the colour variants of the handset.
At first glance, the renders not only show a notch, it also shows a big bottom chin for th affordable Redmi device. The Redmi 6 Pro will come in five colours – Rose Gold, Sand Gold, Lake Blue, Black and Flame Red.

As for what’s inside the phone has already been revealed. The handset might come with a Snapdragon chip as opposed to MediaTek SoCs used on its siblings. The screen measures 5.84-inches and uses Full-HD+ resolution with an aspect ratio of 19:9.
RAM and storage variants will start from 2 GB, 3 GB to 4 GB of RAM and storage choices will vary from 16 GB, 32 GB to 64 GB storage. The Redmi 6 Pro runs on a 4,000mAh battery and will likely have Android Oreo pre-installed.
As for pricing, the Redmi 6 Pro could start at around 999 Yuan (~$154) since the Redmi 6 costs 799 Yuan or (~$123).
