The Oppo A3 was launched back in April and another variant named Oppo A3S has surfaced. The A3S boasts of a dual camera setup and toned down specifications albeit with a massive battery.
Starting with the dimensions, the phone measures 156.2 x 75.6 x 8.2mm and weighs 168g. It sports a 6.2-inch HD+ display with a 1520 x 720p resolution. Under the hood lies the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 chipset coupled with the Adreno 506 Graphics Processing unit. The RAM and storage options are not listed. The back is adorned by a dual camera setup which is a combination of 13MP f/2.2 and 2MP f/2.4 sensors. The front camera, on the other hand, is an 8MP f/2.2 snapper. The Oppo A3S is powered by a 4230 mAh battery and Android 8.1 Oreo with ColorOS 5.1 on top. Apart from this, the A3S sports dual nano sim card slot and a microSD card slot. It will have GPS/aGPS, Bluetooth 4.2 and the usual suite of connectivity options. The phone will be available in two colours, Purple and red. The box will come with the usual set of components along with a screen protector and case.
