Meizu “Safe Home” was designed to build family relationships through number binding, intelligently identifying fraud numbers, locate family members in real time, report fraud information with one click, and protect family safety in all directions. It is reported that the newly upgraded “Family Guardian” can detect a family member position and provide remote help in real time. It also adds the function of “Children’s anti-addiction” to help parents effectively control the child’s mobile phone usage.

Meizu official said that “Family Guardian 2.0” is more interactive and visually intuitive. It increases the ability of the Guardian to initiate the “Let the Family Protect Me” feature which was not available in the previous “Safe Home”. When choosing to guard or be guarded, it adds a âsnap invitationâ to the existing âsweepâ, which takes into account the fact that the familyâs mobile phone may be some distance away. In the past, creating a guardian relationship on the “family guardian” required SIMs to be installed on both phones. The new version after the update supports the guardian to create a guardian relationship in advance on a new mobile phone without a SIM card.Â
If you are guarding a Meizu phone, users can use all the functions of “Family Guardian 2.0”. However, when guarding a non-Meizu phone, you can only use the SMS alert to monitor the communication of your ward.Â
