First BlackBerry KEY2 LE teaser appears ahead of IFA 2018 unveiling

KEY2 LE

Earlier on this month, BlackBerry confirmed its presence at IFA 2018 with the possible launch of a new smartphone. The next smartphone to be released by the company is the BlackBerry KEY2 LE on August 30. A new teaser surfaced in the company’s Twitter account, revealing the handset textured back.

The newest teaser almost reveals the KEY2 LE full backside, except for the camera. Worth noting that the small video doesn’t reveal much, and we are still stuck to the speculations. Apparently, the handset will feature a 13MP single rear camera and a secondary 5MP selfie shooter.

When it comes to the specifications, the KEY2 LE as the name says can be considered a “Light Edition” of the former KEY2. The handset should feature Snapdragon 636, 4GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB of Storage.

To complete the package there is a 4.3-inch display with the unusual 1080 x 1620 pixels of resolution. The handset should debut with Android 8.1 Oreo and there is a 3,000mAh battery.
