Huawei got caught cheating on benchmark tests, and now it’s trying to make amends. Now the company announced that it’ll let users force their phone into “performance mode”, saying it respects “consumers” right to choose what to do with their devices. This optimizes their device to run faster, but requires more of the phone’s power. Users will be able to do so starting with EMUI 9.0, a future version of Huawei’s OS.
Huawei officially announced the new EMUI 9.0 system a few days ago, the EMUI 9.0 is based on Android Pie and built with a minimalist design.

It is worth to mention that Huawei has announced that it will launch the Mate 20 series in London on October 16th. This series will include the Mate 20 and 20 Pro models.
