Oppo A7X Commence Reservation For 2099 Yuan ($306) – To Launch On Sept. 14


Today, the OPPO A7x was unveiled on the company’s official website and has commenced reservations for this smartphone for a 2099 Yuan ($306) price tag. According to the reservation page, this smartphone is available in Ice Purple and Ice Flame Blue and it comes with an oppo MH133 original Bluetooth headset.

This smartphone comes with a 6.3-inch full HD+ LCD screen (19.5:9 screen ratio) with a display resolution of 2340 x 1080. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P60 processor clocked at 2.0GHz paired with a Mali-G72 MP3 GPU, 4GB of RAM, 128GB storage, and a 16MP + 2MP dual rear camera setup. However, unlike the Oppo F9, the Oppo A7X uses a 16MP selfie camera in place of a 25Mp camera, while also ditching the F9 3,500mAh battery for a 4230mAh battery with no mention of fast charging support. The oppo A7X 16MP front camera supports AI assistant and beauty which makes it ton intelligently recognize 206 facial features, and can identify numerous aspect of the face through gender, age, skin color and more. More importantly, AI intelligently learns your usage habits, matches the beauty effects that are most suitable for you, and records the beauty that is unique to you.

This smartphone comes with a rear fingerprint scanner but you also have the face unlock option. Recent reports suggest that this device will be launched on September 20 with a 2099 Yuan price tag ($307). The official renders appear in purple and purple-black but there is no confirmation that these are the only colour options. In addition, the OPPO A7X is equipped with the new ColorOS 5.2 system, adding a smart sidebar which makes it seamless to switch between apps and functions.

This smartphone will be launched on September 14 against the initial rumor that it is coming on September 20. The first official sale will start on the launch date by 10:00 am Chinese time.
