It is very likely that all Huawei enthusiasts are busy uncovering all the possible details of the upcoming Mate 20 series. However, the company still has more to release to its consumers. Today, the company quietly unveiled the Huawei MediaPad M5 Lite on its website.
The Tablet features an aluminum unibody design and has four speakers in total. When it comes to the display it has a 10.1-inch panel with 1920 x 1200 pixels of resolution. The aspect ratio is the unconventional 16:10. To fuel this handset, we have the rather old Kirin 659 chipset paired with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM. When it comes to storage, there are two variants with 32GB and 64GB, respectively.

One of the MediaPad M5 Lite highlights rests on its quartet of speakers. These are Harman/Kardon-tuned loudspeakers that work in combination with Huawei’s Listen 5.0 sound system to mimic a kind of 3D surround sound.
To fuel this large device, the company inserted a generous 7,500mAh battery. That amount in combination with Android Oreo should provide a long-lasting experience for M5 Lite users. Worth noting that atop of the Android 8.0 Oreo release we have Huawei’s EMUI 8.
Depending on the region, Huawei will provide to MediaPad M5 Lite buyers a Huawei’s M-Pen Stylus that supports 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity. The device will ship in Champagne Gold and Space Gray, the price tag and the release date are currently unavailable, but we expect to see the device available for pre-orders in the coming days.
