On October 16th, Chinese manufacturing giant, Huawei, will hold a press conference where it will release the Huawei Mate 20 series. There has been numerous rumors and speculations regarding this upcoming smartphones and though the launch is just 10 days away, there is still time for a few more leaks. A price list from a European distributor shows that the price of Huawei Mate 20 128GB version is 799 Swiss francs ($805), while the price of the Mate 20 Pro 128GB version is 999 Swiss francs ($1007).
In addition, the catalog shows that the Mate 20 and the Pro variant has three colour options (black, blue and twilight colors) which support dual card dual standby. However, according to the information circulating recently, the Mate 20 series has a minimum storage option of 4GB+64GB and a maximum of 8GB+512GB.

The Mate 20 uses a 6.43-inch 1080 x 2244 resolution water drop screen while the Mate 20 Pro will come with a 6.3-inch, 2K resolution wide notch display. The key difference is that the latter supports 3D Face recognition technology.
In addition, Mate 20/Pro is equipped with the same rear square triple-camera sensors. It is said that Huawei has removed the monochrome sensor on the P20 Pro and replaced it with a super wide-angle camera.
The module can achieve AI viewfinder, 5x optical zoom, etc. With this configuration, the camera performance and the final DxO score are worth looking forward to.
