Galaxy A9 (2018) to launch in India on November 4th, says leak


Earlier during the official reveal of Galaxy A9 (2018), Samsung promised that the new phone will be available in the market at the beginning of November. However, Samsung has planned to launch the phone today in China and also it is believed that India could be the first of all markets to get the Galaxy A9 (2018). 91Mobiles suggests that India could receive the new Samsung quad-camera phone by November 4th.

Previously Samsung has announced its Galaxy A7 (2018) triple rear camera phone in India which comes at a price of Rs. 23,990 and it looks like Samsung is headed towards the launch of its most awaited world’s first smartphone with four rear-mounted cameras (i.e. Galaxy A9 (2018). Some sources claimed that the Galaxy A9 (2018) could be released on the same day 4th November but we have to still wait for Samsung to make it official.

The Galaxy A9 (2018) is powered by Snapdragon 660 and is backed with a 6GB RAM and 128 GB inbuilt memory. The phone also supports a microSD card. The device is addressed with a display of 6-inch -AMOLED screen that supports Full HD+ resolution having an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. Moreover, the new phone features a rear-fingerprint sensor and comes with a preloaded Android 8.1 Oreo OS. Lastly, the Galaxy A9 (2018) is fueled by a 3,800mAh battery which is assisted by fast charging option.

Speaking of the Galaxy A9 (2019) quad camera USP, the phone is furnished with a 24-MP primary sensor, an 8-MP ultra wide-angle sensor, a 10-MP telephoto lens and a 5-MP depth sensor. Also at front, it carries a 24-MP selfie camera.
