LG’s Upcoming Q9 is Basically a Re-branded LG G7 Fit

If you were waiting for the launch of the next LG Q9 you might want to hold off your hopes, the handset is indeed going to be a rebranded LG G7 Fit, at least according to the latest reports.

The news comes from the Google Android Enterprise website that showcased an image of what appears to be the LG G7 Fit, but called it LG Q9. This was the further confirmed by a device certified in South Korea with the model number LM-Q925S which suggests the phone is nothing new but a G7 Fit under a different name, specially created for the domestic market.

So, the LG Q9 will pack what we already saw on the G7 Fit, meaning a 6.1-inch display with a notch at the top, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 CPU, 4GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage.

We’ll then find an 8MP selfie snapper, a 3000mAh capacity battery and Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box as the OS.
