Xiaomi Mi 8

November is a sales season worldwide and if there is a good time to make a purchase, its got to be November. Pre-Double eleven, Double eleven, Post-Double eleven, Pre-Black Friday, Black Friday, and Post-Black Friday are some of the special sales that covers the entire November.  Manufacturers, as well as on-line stores globally, are cautious of these sales and if you don’t give a price cut, you will probably not make any sales. After a very successful 11/11 sales, Xiaomi has now reduced the price of the 8GB+128GB version of Xiaomi Mi 8. The Xiaomi Mi 8 8GB+128GB version price was reduced by 400 Yuan ($58) and it is currently selling for 2899 yuan ($418) at the Xiaomi Mall.

This smartphone is equipped with a notched 6.21-inch Samsung AMOLED display. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor while its battery capacity is 3400 mAh. In the camera department, it uses the same dual-camera module as Xiaomi MIX 2S. It adopts a 12MP wide-angle + 12MP telephoto sensors on the rear. The main lens is the Sony IMX363, which supports Dual DP dual-core focusing and four-axis optical anti-shake. On DxOMark, this smartphone rear camera scored 105 points which is 4 points higher than iPhone X’s 101 points. However, we have a 20MP selfie shooter. In addition, the Mi 8 is also the world’s first smartphone that supports dual-frequency GPS positioning. It supports L1+L5 dual-frequency positioning, which can effectively solve the problem of inaccurate positioning of single-frequency mobile phones.

In addition, the first development system which adds 960 fps super slow-motion videos to Xiaomi Mi 8 is also available.

Lightinthebox was frozen out during the 11.11 sales. The 128GB model sold for $389.99 between 10th & 13th on Gearbest…so technically, Lightinthebox is just giving out reserved but unsold units from 11.11 sales. Now, it’s selling for $379.99
